NatWest TDS appointed depositary by Octopus Investments

Following a robust and competitive bid process, NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services (TDS) has announced its appointment by Octopus Investments to support a range of the firm’s existing funds worth almost £2 billion.

Octopus Investments, part of the Octopus Group, is a B-Corp certified investment company, managing more than £13.4 billion on behalf of over 63,000 investors. NatWest TDS will provide independent depositary services, overseeing how a proportion of existing Octopus Investments UK funds are managed and keeping their investors’ assets safe.

Octopus Investments invests across a range of sectors including venture capital, sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, healthcare and smaller listed companies.
