How to log into eQ

You can use the eQ Mobile app or your smartcard and reader to log in to eQ online banking.

To use the eQ Mobile app, your eQ System Administrator will need to enable the relevant permission on your eQ user profile.

eQ scheduled downtime

To allow for regular maintenance, eQ will be unavailable between 5pm and 9pm UK time on the following days:

  • Saturday, 9th November 2024
  • Saturday, 14th December 2024
  • Saturday, 11th January 2025
  • Saturday, 8th February 2025
  • Saturday, 8th March 2025

There may be occasions where essential maintenance is required that falls outside of the above schedule. Details for downtime not mentioned above will be communicated in advance in the Communications area within eQ.

eQ terms

These terms apply to eQ, the Electronic Banking Service provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited, The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as NatWest International (NatWest International) and The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as Isle of Man Bank (Isle of Man Bank) (each the Bank). They form part of the eQ Agreement made between the Customer and the Bank.

The eQ Agreement consists of the Customer's mandate with the Bank (Mandate), the eQ Application Form and these terms.

These terms are in addition to the Bank's Non-personal terms applicable to the Customer's Accounts which also apply to eQ unless derogated from in these terms.
